You are the master of your breath. You are the master of your mind. You are the master of your body. This Breathwork session will induce a grounded & relaxed sense of presence as conscious breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system. It will guide you in surrendering the mental & emotional baggage to make space for your own inner wisdom & joy. This practice encompasses a series of rhythmic, oral inhales & exhales, mindful movements, & music.

Radical Acceptance

While we can’t change the past, we can offer ourselves grace while working to accept the things we cannot change. Together we can create a safe space for emotions and sensations to arise. Our session will begin with a conversation, end with meditation, somatic movements, and affirmations specifically tailored to your needs. My intention for these sessions is to guide you through the suppressed emotions, memories, and sensations. Make peace with them, & release them while accepting your fullest expression of yourself.

Release The Rage

A safe space for you to be honest about your rage through words, writing, art, dancing, and screaming. Let’s release the stigma and shame around our rage and allow it to show us where our boundaries have been crossed and where we need to stand in our power. This session ends with a guided meditation to call all of your power back to you & strengthen your psychic shield.

Resting is an important component of living a healthy life. In this session, we talk about ways to rest. We unpack your relationship to rest and sleep. Then we end with a relaxing guided meditation. Resting is an act of resistance when you live in a face-paced capitalistic society.
