THE BODY AS A HOME FOR THE SOUL

We often forget that we once felt safe & free in our bodies. Think of the joy you witness as a toddler plays, that joy and presence is also available to you. As we peel back the layers and allow compassion & acceptance to exist alongside the nuances of life, we can make space for deep presence to exist. Imagine feeling your soul’s purest essence while existing lovingly in your body. Together, we can restore the connection to your body.

Private Sessions

  • Breathwork

    Breathwork allows us to heal using our breath & intuition. Sometimes we aren’t aware of the generational, societal, & environmental effects on our bodies, outside of our own personal experiences. This breathwork practice encompasses a series of rhythmic inhales & exhales, mindful movements, & music.

  • Radical Acceptance

    While we can’t change the past, we can offer ourselves grace while working to accept life’s nuances. Together we can create a safe space for emotions and sensations to arise. Our session will begin with a conversation, end with meditation, somatic movements, and affirmations specifically tailored to your needs.

  • Postpartum Support

    Whether you are a new mama, seasoned mama, mama to be, or a mama who decided not to be. I am here to witness the fullness of your experience. The exhaustion, grief, and frustration can be overwhelming during this time. You are not alone in your struggle.

  • Release the Rage

    Lets make space for you to be honest about your rage through words, writing, art, dancing, and screaming. Let’s release the stigma and shame around our rage and allow it to show us where our boundaries have been crossed and where we need to stand in our power. This session ends with a guided meditation to call your power back & strengthen your psychic shield.

  • Restorative Rest

    Resting is an important component of living a healthy life. In this session, we talk about ways to rest. We unpack your relationship to rest and sleep. Then we end with a relaxing guided meditation. Resting in this face-paced society is an act of resistance.

Our mission is to offer a sanctuary where individuals from can access a range of powerful healing modalities, including meditation, breathwork, somatic movements, and compassionately holding space. Through these tools, we help people acknowledge and release complex emotions such as anger, grief, depression, and more, ultimately empowering them to reclaim their bodies and minds.

Our approach to healing trauma is holistic, encompassing the mind, body, and spirit. We believe that true healing cannot be achieved by merely addressing symptoms; it requires nurturing a deep connection with oneself. Reclaim Our Bodies provides a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can embark on a journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and growth.
